On 8 February 2024, the Asset Recovery and Management Agency signed an agreement on the provision of services for the sale of seized assets, namely 1200 tonnes of wheat. The winner is POLONEX LLC.

As a reminder, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has improved the procedure for the sale of seized assets on the initiative of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency. The relevant amendments were introduced to Government Resolutions No. 719 and No. 558 last year.

According to the new rules, all sales of seized property are carried out exclusively on the e-platform Prozorro.Sale and in accordance with European legislation.
