31-07-2024

Asset Recovery  and Management Agency (ARMA) continues its inspection of the arrested Gulliver shopping center, which was transferred to the Agency's management by a court decision. During the inspection of the premises of the office center, today, July 31, it was recorded opposition and failure to comply with the court rulings on the part of representatives of the asset owner company LLC "Try O", which hindered the legal activities of ARMA.

In response to this, the Authorized Person of the National Agency issued an Order on elimination of violations of legal requirements to the representative of the company "Three O".

The prescription of the National Agency is mandatory for execution within three days from the moment of its issuance.

In addition, the Agency has already submitted a statement of a criminal offense against the legal requirements of ARMA to the National Police of Ukraine.

ARMA emphasizes that non-compliance with court decisions will have legal consequences.

Agency also appealed to the law enforcement agencies investigating the criminal proceedings to take appropriate response measures.

ARMA will continue its activities regarding the management of the seized assets in accordance with the current court decisions. ARMA is ready to involve all necessary law enforcement agencies to ensure legality. The Agency acts exclusively within its powers and insists on compliance with the legislation by all parties to the process.

ARMA earlier announced a competition for the selection of an appraiser for the Gulliver shopping center.
