The Tender Commission for the Sale of Seized Assets held a regular tender to select a bidding organizer for the sale of seized property. At the meeting of the Commission, the winner was selected - PE “TENDER ONLINE”.
The winning company received the right to sell two significant assets:
- Wood (round timber) of the pine species in the amount of 1093 logs with a volume of 471.5475 m³. Transferred to ARMA for management through the sale by the decision of the investigating judge of the Lutsk City District Court of Volyn region dated 02.07.2024 in case No. 161/10908/24.
- 342,500 kg of class 3 corn grain (for feed) harvested in 2020. Transferred to ARMA for management through the sale by the decision of the investigating judge of the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv dated 21.03.2024 in case No. 757/13002/24-к.
An agreement with PE "Tender Online" will be concluded in the near future. After that, the organizer of the auction will immediately start conducting an independent valuation of these assets.
We remind you that the sale of seized property is carried out through the Prozorro.Prodazhi electronic system, which ensures transparency and competition in the process. This is part of ARMA's overall strategy to transform asset management and sale processes, launched in the second half of 2023.
