“Thanks to the well-established processes at Prozoro.Prodazhi, the budget is replenished daily with proceeds from the sale of seized property. Therefore, the agency sees the expediency of changing court rulings from management to sale of assets where possible. During the war, it is difficult to find a manager for elite and expensive property, and selling it at auction and directing the funds directly to the defense forces is more efficient for the state. Therefore, we are already preparing the relevant appeals to the pre-trial investigation authorities and the National Security and Defense Council,” said ARMA Head Olena Duma.
The sale will take place through the electronic system Prozorro.Prodazhi, where all interested parties will be able to participate in the auction.
We remind you that the assets will be evaluated by an independent appraiser selected by the organizer of the sale, who is selected on a competitive basis by the Commission for the Sale of Seized Assets.
