Pursuant to a request from the Office of the Security Service of Ukraine, the ARMA identified and traced the assets of a Ukrainian citizen who assisted the aggressor state.
The pre-trial investigation established that the resident of Zaporizhzhiaregion, being the founder and head of enterprises specializing in agriculture, provided material resources to armed groups in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia region. In particular, vehicles, money and premises for the occupier's military equipment.
The ARMA officers identified and traced the following assets belonging to the offender
motor vehicles (pcs.) - 1;
residential real estate (units) - 2;
non-residential real estate (units) - 3;
land plots (pcs.) - 19;
agricultural farms (units) - 2;
animals (sheep) (units) - 80;
shares in the authorized capital of enterprises where the said person is the founder and beneficiary.
"Employees of the Asset Finding and Tracing Department of the ARMA collected and analyzed information on controlled persons who may be involved in the criminal offense, as well as on the assets they own. The Agency has already forwarded the data to the Security Service of Ukraine for appropriate action," said Pavlo Velykorechanin, Deputy Head of ARMA.
