Pursuant to the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court of May 31, 2024, as part of the application of sanctions under part one of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Sanctions”, ARMA transferred to the state budget the income received from the management of monetary assets transferred to the Agency on the basis of a court decision.

In particular, the amount of 420,115,977.62 UAH and 79,942.30 USD was transferredto the special fund of the State Budget of Ukraine.

These funds were received from the management of assets of LLC "Royal Pay Europe", which were transferred to ARMA in accordance with the decision of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv on June 21, 2023.

It is worth noting that the funds of the Special Fund of the State Budget of Ukraine are allocated for:

ARMA not only enforces court decisions, but also actively increases the economic value of the transferred assets. For example, a significant part of the income was generated by investing seized funds in military bonds. In 2025, ARMA will provide services for the acquisition and storage of military bonds to JSC "State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine", one of the leading players in the securities market.

Through this approach, ARMA provides additional revenues to the state budget, contributing to the country's recovery and development in the face of armed aggression.
