The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has signed an agreement with LLC "Tamerlan-1", which won the tender for the selection of the manager of the Ovruch crushed stone plant.
Finding a manager for this asset was not an easy task for the National Agency, as the company has debts and the quarry is partially flooded. However, the asset remains attractive for investment as it has a valid special permit for the extraction of red granite, one of the most durable building materials that is widely used in industrial, hydraulic, civil and private construction, until 2036.
It is worth noting that the resumption of this enterprise is extremely important for the country, so ARMA will continue to monitor the effectiveness of the management of this asset to ensure that the management not only preserves this enterprise but also increases its value.
