At a meeting of the Commission for Competitive Selection of Legal Entities Engaged in the Sale of Seized Assets, ARMA decided to sell Medvedchuk's property, an expensive car "MAYBACH" and 20 collectible wrist watches.

The deadline for submitting documents for participation in the tender is April 19, 2024. The documents are submitted in accordance with the PROCEDURE of the Competitive Selection of Legal Entities Engaged in the Sale of Seized Assets.

On April 25, at a meeting of the Commission for Competitive Selection of Legal Entities Engaged in the Sale of Seized Assets, the winner will be determined, who will sell Medvedchuk's property on Prozorro.Sale.

As a reminder, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has improved the procedure for the sale of seized assets at the initiative of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency. Relevant changes were made last year to Government Resolutions No. 719 and No. 558.

According to the new regulations, all sales of seized assets are carried out exclusively on Prozorro.Sale and in accordance with European law.
