As a reminder, ARMA lawyers joined as a third party to the case brought by the Kyiv City Council against LLC "Academ Club" to terminate land lease agreements and oblige them to return the land plots due to non-payment of rent.
Today, on November 11, the Kyiv City Commercial Court heard the case. The court dismissed the KCSA's claim because the court is considering a similar case brought by the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office in the interests of the state against LLC "Akadem-Klub".
Given that the land plots that are the subject of the claim have been seized and transferred to the management of the ARMA, the National Agency's lawyers are entering the case as a third party to the prosecutor's office's claim. A preparatory court hearing in this case is scheduled for November 27.
In addition, the Agency has already addressed the Prosecutor General's Office with a letter regarding the seizure of land plots, the seizure of which was partially canceled by the decision of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv. ARMA also informed the law enforcement agencies of the fact that illegal construction was being carried out on part of this seized land.
At the same time, the National Agency is taking all necessary measures to select a manager of this asset to ensure revenues to the State Budget of Ukraine.
