On April 22, ARMA suspended the bidding on Prozorro.Sale for mineral fertilisers (urea-ammonia mixture) to establish the objectivity of the bidding and determine the real value of the lot.

A thorough inspection of the transparency of the auction lasted for two weeks. They found that the sale of the lot was conducted in accordance with the established procedure. Also, was checked the objectivity of the seized mineral fertiliser price. As of May 3, 2024, the price reached UAH 11,000 per tonne (excluding VAT), which is an acceptable price offer. In total, almost UAH 57 million, including customs duties and VAT, will be transferred to the state budget as a result of this auction.

A protocol has now been signed, according to which the winner, Mirko Trade LLC, has been determined. The next step will be for the winner to buy 4470.41 tonnes of urea-ammonia mixture and transfer funds to the Ukrainian budget for the sold lot
