Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) announces competitions to select a manager and appraiser for the residential complex “Vedmezha Dibrova” owned by traitor viktor medvedchuk. The asset is located in a picturesque tract of the Ukrainian Carpathians “Parazhyn”, Zhdeniyivka community, Mukachevo district, Zakarpattya region.

The property was transferred to ARMA's management under the rulings of the investigating judge of the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv.

The asset consists of five land plots and seven real estate objects: a sports and residential recreation complex, 4 buildings, a residential building and an outbuilding. In addition, the list includes movable property, including two electric cars, a tractor, kitchen and sanitary equipment, and furniture.

Anyone who meets the qualification criteria, except for representatives of the aggressor state, can participate in competitions to select an appraiser and a manager of this asset. After an independent assessment and selection of the manager, this asset will start working for the benefit of the state, ensuring the flow of funds to the State Budget of Ukraine through the management of the seized property of the traitor.

ARMA announced tenders for the selection of managers and appraisers for the traitor's factories, sports facilities, apartments and house. Competitions were also announced for the seized property of oligarch Fuks.
