On May 16, 2019, the Asset Recovery and Management Agency received a letter from the State Bureau of Investigations (hereinafter – the SBI) in which the SBI official requested the Agency to provide information regarding the actual acceptance of seized assets of Residence "Mezhyhirya" (movable and immovable property, corporate rights of LLC "Tantalite"), their estimation, inventory inspection, determination of the way of management of the aforementioned assets, conducting a contest for identifying the asset manager and other information that is tangent to the issue of Residence "Mezhyhirya".

The justification of this requirement is the existence of pre-trial investigation in criminal proceeding No. 62019000000000548 from April 25, 2019, on the grounds of a criminal offense provided for in Part 1 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine ("service negligence").

ARMA emphasizes on the full compliance with legislation in the competitive selection of the manager of seized assets of the Residence "Mezhyhirya".

Let us remind that the competitive selection continues for almost a year already. The fifth attempt to select a new manager for movable, immovable property and corporate rights of LLC "Tantalite" is underway.
