Grigol Katamadze said that this is the second intake in recent years for those who have entered the Civil Service of Ukraine for the first time. And the importance of such course cannot be underestimated, as it prepares leaders who will be able to implement the vision of the Ukrainian future.
"The lecturers created a fantastically friendly, comfortable and at the same time very businesslike atmosphere during the classes," said the Deputy Head of ARMA.
Stanislav Petrov stressed the value of applying the knowledges gained in practice, noting that "in today's dynamic world, especially considering the challenges that we and our country are facing, ability to effectively manage changes and develop strategic approaches is the key to achieve sustainable development".
Additionally, the School of Strategic Training is an initiative of the NAUCS and the High School of Public Governance together with the project "Support to Ukraine’s Reforms for Governance" (SURGe). The training programme includes the elaboration of strategies for the development of various public administration areas, which forms the basis for the personal and professional development of civil service TOP managers.
