ARMA's control over the effectiveness of seized asset management saved the state budget more than UAH 100 thousand per month

04-07-2024

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) demonstrates once again the importance of effective management of seized assets. Due to ARMA's thorough inspection, the manager of the seized asset, Mykolaivtransbud-1 LLC, voluntarily reduced its declared expenses by UAH 102,300 for April 2024.

The manager could have received these funds from the state budget, but as a result of ARMA's verification, the budget will save this amount, which can be used for other important state needs. These savings demonstrate the important role of ARMA in the conservation and efficient use of public resources.

Monitoring the effectiveness of the management of seized assets is part of ARMA's constant and systematic work to monitor the activities of managers. The Agency regularly conducts such inspections, which allows it to optimize business costs and maximize the benefits of managing seized assets for the state.

The Agency's mission is not only to organize a transparent tender for the selection of a manager, but also to regularly monitor and evaluation the effectiveness of the management of the seized asset. Comprehensive control allows not only to optimize costs, but also to prevent possible abuses, ensure transparency of processes and preserve and sometimes increase the value of seized assets.

This activity is especially important in times of war, when the rational use of every hryvnia is critical for the state. The ARMA ensures that all funds received from the management of seized assets are used as efficiently as possible for the benefit of the country.
