3 apartments, a residential and a non-residential building, as well as a land plot belonging to Putin's godfather Viktor Medvedchuk have already been published on Prozorro. The non-residential real estate of LLC “INVESTMENT COMPANY SPORT-TOUR” in Kyiv was seized and transferred to the management of ARMA by the decision of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv.

ARMA selected an appraiser on a competitive basis. It was BUSINESS CONSULTING PE, which conducted an independent assessment of the seized asset and determined its value at UAH 148.6 million. The seized real estate transferred to ARMA's management includes:

The tender for the management company will be held through the Prozorro public procurement system. All interested participants who meet the qualification criteria may submit their proposals for the management of this seized asset, including foreign businesses.

Despite the payment of monthly interest on the proceeds, the draft agreement with the future manager also contains a mandatory minimum monthly guarantee payment to be paid by the manager from its own funds in the absence or insufficiency of incomefrom asset management.

The newly elected asset manager will pay all the funds from management directly to the State Budget of Ukraine. Accordingly, the assets of the traitor will work for the economy and defense of the state.
