Seizure of assets of the industrial bakery №3 in the city of Kharkiv was canceled by the decision of the Kyiv district court of the city of Kharkiv from 25.06.2018. Therefore, upon receipt of the said decision, the National Agency immediately returned the assets to its legal owner within the set time limit.

In the course of 3.5 months’ management of the enterprise, the manager ensured an efficient management of assets, preserved their functional purpose and created additional jobs. During this time the State budget of Ukraine had received funds in the amount of more than 4 million UAH from management of the enterprise. 

The transfer of the industrial bakery into management became a responsible step both for the National Agency and for the manager, because the industrial bakery has strategic significance for the city of Kharkiv. As of today, there are reasons to believe that this management has become an example of effective cooperation between business and the state.  

Let us remind that the assets of the industrial bakery №3 in the city of Kharkiv were transferred into management of the National Agency on the basis of the decision of the Kiev district court in the city of Kharkiv in February this year.

Tender Committee of the National Agency selected as the manager LLC “Saltovsky hlibzavod” following the results of the competition. The relevant management agreement was signed on March 16, 2018.
