ARMA continues to build an effective partnership with business in various manufacturing areas. Thus, recently, ARMA`s Tender Committee selected the manager of assets, seized in criminal proceedings, namely integral property complexes, belonging to LTD "Energy-Noviy Rozdil" and LTD NPP "Energy-Novoyavorivsk".

 According to the results of the competition, conducted in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", PE "GARANT ENERGO M" was selected as the manager of these assets.

Industrial objects of such complexity and production capacity were transferred into the management of ARMA for the first time. Previously, ARMA conducted a primary analysis of the economic profitability of these enterprises and registered the management rights. Also, the Agency appealed to the profile regulators of the market for thermal energy and electric energy in order to study the market and determine the most optimal ways of managing these enterprises.

At present, ARMA carries out measures for assessing the market value of these assets, thereafter a management contract will be concluded with the manager and assets will be transferred in the shortest possible time on the basis of the act of acceptance-transfer.

Let us remind that in July 2018, on the basis of the decisions of the Solomyansky District Court of Kyiv seized integral property complexes " Novorozdolska CHPP" and "Novoyavorivska CHPP" were transferred into the management of ARMA to carry out management activities.

Imposition of seizure on the property of these two CHPPs was initiated by detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine within the investigation in criminal proceedings on the fact of appropriation of more than 300 million cubic meters of natural gas of the NJSC "Naftogaz of Ukraine".
