Assets Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) announces a competition for the selection of a manager for the "Kvitka Polonyny" sanatorium, located in the village of Solochyn, Svalyavsky District, Zakarpattia reg. The tender is now open for offers on Prozorro.

This object of immovable property was transferred to the management of ARMA on the basis of the decision of the investigative judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv dated April 3, 2023 № 757/12536/23-k. According to the Property Appraisal Report, the market value of the assets is UAH 26,659,092.00.

"Kvitka Polonyny" sanatorium includes various real estate objects: an administrative and household building, a club-dining room with a total area of ​​1,185 sq.m., a sleeping building with an area of ​​3,020.6 sq.m., a vegetable storage, a warehouse, a warehouse with an area of ​​505.2 sq.m., post office, residential building, boiler house with an area of ​​217.2 sq.m., pump house, workshop with an area of ​​414.3 sq.m., sewage treatment facilities, pump station, fence and path.

Earlier, ARMA had already announced a competition for the selection of a manager for this sanatorium. However, due to the decision of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, the participation of the competition finalist was rejected. Official information was also received from law enforcement agencies about the applicant's relationship with the owners of the asset. Because of this, the Agency made a decision to hold a repeat competition. We emphasize that persons related to the owners of the asset cannot participate in the competition for the selection of the manager.
