In the first half of the year, the National Agency received 400 requests from law enforcement agencies of Ukraine and relevant foreign agencies regarding the finding and tracing of assets within criminal proceedings. For comparison - over the past year more than 60 requests from law enforcement officers were processed.

According to the Special Law, the National Agency exercises powers on finding and tracing of assets derived from corruption and other crimes at the request of the investigator, detective, prosecutor, court (investigating judge), as well as at the request of the relevant foreign agencies.

In the course of processing the requests, the National Agency found and traced assets with the purpose of their seizure and forfeiture, including 1821 land plots, 3 442 objects of real estate, 2 470 vehicles, including planes, yachts.

Also, 833 pieces of agricultural machinery were found.

The corporate rights - shares in the authorized capitals of companies worth
19 billion UAH were found.

513 facts regarding ownership of the rights to inventions, trademarks (intangible assets/proprietary rights of intellectual property) were established.

In addition, information was received about the account balances in banks, in particular, in UAH 117 million, in US dollars 80 million, in euros 16 million.
