On 4 of July, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted the Resolution "On introduction of amendments to paragraph 16 of the Procedure for the Disposal of Seized Assets at Electronic Bidding", by which certain provisions of the said Procedure were revised in order to avoid its ambiguous interpretation.

In particular, the document explicitly clarifies the rules for setting the starting price of the asset on repeated electronic bidding, which will allow the sale of assets at a market price.

Let us remind that electronic bidding is held by the organizer (organizers) of electronic bidding - a legal entity selected by the National Agency in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Selection on a competitive basis of Legal Entities who carry out disposal of seized assets" of August 9, 2017, No.558.  

The Resolution of Government shall come into force on the day of its publication.
