Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has put the Flagman shopping center in Ivano-Frankivsk on Prozorro for competitive selection of a manager. The asset previously belonged to a Russian-controlled company.
The three-storey shopping center was transferred to ARMA's management after it was recognized as material evidence in a criminal proceeding. The facility belonged to LLC «Euroinvestbud», which was controlled by Russian citizens.
The Agency prepared a full package of tender documents for a transparent tender. Potential managers can already familiarize themselves with the details of the facility and the terms of the tender on the Prozorro platform.
Earlier, an independent appraiser selected on a competitive basis established the market value of the shopping center at 309,778,950.00 UAH.
The future manager will have to transfer a percentage of the shopping center's income to the state budget on a monthly basis. In addition, the draft agreement with the future manager also contains a mandatory minimum monthly guarantee payment to be paidby the manager from its own funds in the absence or insufficiency of income from asset management.
The newly elected manager will pay all management fees directly to the State Budget of Ukraine.
