ARMA disposes of hazardous products in Dnipropetrovs'k region to preserve investment potential of enterprise and prevent environmental disasters

07-01-2025

Work is underway to dispose of 300 tons of spoiled food products at the production complex of LLC «ROMERM». This is an important step to ensure the environmental safety of the region and the further development of the company itself.

The powerful production complex, equipped with modern Italian, French and German production lines, has significant investment potential. The company is currently managed by ARMA, and the agency is selecting a manager on a competitive basis.

ARMA is working with the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection to comprehensively address the issue of hazardous products disposal. This was preceded by an appeal to the Government and the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine.

As of today, an unscheduled inspection was conducted by the leadership of the ARMA South-Eastern MDT and the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection in Dnipro region.

On January 3, 2025, the ARMA management, together with the insolvency officer, the rehabilitation manager of LLC «YERMAK GOLD» and the director of LLC«ROMERM», made a visit to inspect the products to be disposed of.

Based on the results of unscheduled state supervision (control) measures, the Main Directorate of the State Consumer Service in Dnipropetrovska oblast will draw up an act and issue an order to eliminate violations.

In addition, the employees of the South-Eastern MTU of ARMA will also apply to the Dnipro Regional Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergencies of the Dnipro Regional State Administration to eliminate the emergency.

When production facilities are fully operational and resumed, the complex will be able to provide jobs for thousands of employees in the region. That is why ARMA is applying a comprehensive approach, working simultaneously to resolve environmental issues and find an effective manager to unlock the full potential of the enterprise.

This systematic approach of the agency will not only preserve the powerful domestic production, but also provide new jobs for almost a thousand employees in the region.
