The National Agency of Ukraine for finding, tracing and management of assets derived from corruption and other crimes will have access to the Arkan system - an integrated interagency information and telecommunication system for the control of persons, vehicles and goods crossing the state border. Special decision was approved at the Cabinet meeting, today, August 23, 2017.

According to decision, the State Border Guard Service will provide the National Agency's access to the system within a month.

Access to the Arkan system will facilitate the execution by the National Agency its functions of finding and tracing of assets that can be subject to seizure in criminal proceedings.
