By the decisions of the investigative judges the integral property complexes "Novorozdolska CHPP" and "Novoyavorivska CHPP" were transferred into management of The National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes. This was said by the Head of the National Agency Anton Yanchuk during the joint briefing with the leadership of NABU.

According to him, as of today the National Agency has conducted a preliminary analysis of the economic value of these enterprises and registered the management rights. Also, the Agency appealed to the profile regulators of the market of thermal energy and electric energy in order to study the market and determine the most suitable ways of managing these enterprises.

"In the nearest future we will enter the stage of the selection of the manager. I hope, in the month we will be able to complete the stage of selection of the manager and proceed with the transfer of these assets into management on the basis of an agreement", - emphasized Anton Yanchuk.

Let us remind that at the request of the detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, filed within the investigation of the criminal proceedings on the fact of appropriation of more than 300 million cubic meters of natural gas of the NJSC "Naftogaz of Ukraine", Solomyansky District Court of Kyiv seized the integral property complexes "Novoradolskaya CHPP" and "Novoyavorivska CHPP". According to the decision of the court, these two objects were transferred into management of The National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA). Such measures are a unique example of effective cooperation between NABU and ARMA.
