The Head of the ARMA spoke about the work of the National AssetRecovery and Management Agency, its specifics, interaction with lawenforcement agencies and shared examples of successful cases.
"ARMA is a unique body that interacts with state and law enforcementauthorities, has the ability to receive information and thus search for andidentify assets of traitors and collaborators both in Ukraine and abroad," saidOlena Duma.
The Head of the ARMA informed that the National Agency and Lviv StateUniversity of Internal Affairs signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, whichprovides for the introduction of a new discipline on the National Agency, onthe basis of Lviv State University of Internal Affairs.
ARMA is actively implementing new methods of training and professionaldevelopment of its employees to make their work on finding and managingassets acquired through corruption more efficient. In today's realities, notonly professionals, but also pupils and students need a new discipline aboutARMA and anti-corruption agencies.
It should be reminded that ARMA, together with the Cyber PoliceDepartment of the National Police of Ukraine, is already working on a newspecialty - "digital detective" - to be introduced in Ukrainian highereducation institutions.
