The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the Resolution on the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes. The relevant resolution was approved on the session of the Government on July 11.

The document determines the status of the body, defines its main tasks, functions, powers, rights, powers of the Head of the National Agency. It also specifies the principles of interaction with the pre-trial investigation bodies, the prosecutor's office and the court, other bodies and organizations, including the international ones for the finding, tracing of assets, which may be seized in the criminal proceedings, as well as management of assets, which have been seized or confiscated in criminal proceedings, and also assets that are subject to seizure or subject to recovery to the state revenue in action proceedings on cases concerning the recognition as unfounded of assets and their recovery, etc.

The Resolution of the Government shall come into force on the day of its publication.
