Suspended shareholders of “Rostok-Holding” systematically block the work of the new Manager

23-01-2019

The National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (hereinafter - ARMA) has received a letter from the Acting Director General of “Rostok-Holding”, Ihor Stashuk.

The letter informs the Agency about the systemic obstruction of the suspended shareholders to the operational work of the newly and lawfully appointed Manager by ARMA.

In particular, at present, the Manager of “Rostok-Holding” is unable to pay taxes to state and local budgets, wages to employees and rent to shareholders. The reason is – hindering of access by “Rostok-Holding” shareholders Viktor Kupavtsev and Viktor Kiyanovskyi to accounting and reporting software.

In addition, the aforementioned persons and some employees of
“Rostok-Holding” refuse to hand over documents and seals of the enterprises to the new Manager. Moreover, on January 17, unknown persons affiliated to V. Kupavtsev and V. Kiyanovskyi, illegally took over the main office of “Rostok-Holding”.

Let us remind that on December 29, 2018, ARMA temporarily suspended the heads and signatories of all enterprises of the “Rostok-Holding” Group and appointed new Managers.

This was done in course of implementation of the decision of the Kharkov district court of the Kharkiv region from November 30, 2018 on the transfer of corporate rights of all enterprises belonging to the “Rostok-Holding” Group, as well as the LLC “Rostok-Holding” itself, into the management of ARMA.
